Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
Bake a delicious carrot cake adding your own freshly grated carrots. This mix is jam-packed with nutritious blanched almond meal and combined with high-fibre protein rich organic coconut flour, tapioca flour, Organic coconut sugar (low GI) and unrefined Celtic sea salt. We don’t use commercial baking powder but use baking soda and cream of tartar as an aluminium free raising agent. You also won’t find any corn, soy or any numbers in our mix.
You only need to add the following:
5 eggs 260g finely grated carrots zest & juice of one lemon
