Paleo Friendly Moist Almond Cake, 450g

No almond essence needed in this cake mix as it is packed with almond meal.This cake is deliciously moist with Australian blanched almond meal as the main ingredient, followed by Organic Coconut Sugar (low GI) and organic high-fibre coconut flour.

Use the mix as it is or add dried fruit such as apricots or dates. Or make a chocolate cake by adding melted chocolate to the batter or cacao powder.

Ingredients: Australian blanched Almond Meal, Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, unrefined celtic sea salt

Mix makes 16 servings. Use ONE round cake 22cm or TWO loaf pans (20x9cm)

You only need to add the following:                                   

5 eggs             170g butter or organic coconut oil             ½ cup milk or water
