Makes 2 loaf pans (20x9cm) or ONE round cake 22cm or ONE slice pan (16x26cm),
You only need to add the following:
4 eggs 170g butter or coconut oil ½ cup of milk, water or juice
Bake an Upside Down Pineapple Cake using fresh pineapple juice (or apple juice). Caramelize the pineapple pieces in some butter and coconut sugar before lining the cake pan with them. Add dough on top and bake as per instruction.
Bake an Orange Juice Cake using fresh orange juice and orange zest. Make an orange juice sugar syrup and drizzle over hot cake to make it extra moist.
Bake a Lemon Juice Cake using fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. Make a lemon juice sugar syrup and drizzle over hot cake to make it extra moist.
Bake an Apple Juice Cake using fresh apple juice and add one finely grated apple to the dough. Top cake with finely sliced apple.
