Bake a delicious coconut cacao cake with organic raw fair-trade cacao. This mix also contains high-fibre organic coconut flour, organic tapioca flour, low GI organic coconut sugar and unrefined Celtic sea salt. The organic raw cacao we use comes from an heirloom variety of Criollo Amazonico grown in the Peruvian Amazon and boasts a very high ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) score. We don’t use commercial baking powder but use baking soda as an aluminium free raising agent. You also won’t find any corn, soy or any numbers in our mix.
You only need to add the following:
5 eggs 150g organic coconut oil or butter 180ml of water
